  • 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

  • 3/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • a pinch of Black Pepper
  • a pinch of Salt

These keto friendly cheese balls are so tasty and easy to make. Just follow these instructions to make the perfect low carb cheese balls:

Step 1

Start by preheating your oven to 400F (200C).

Then, whisk the eggs in a large bowl. Avoid overbeating them, you want them light and airy.

Step 2

Add all the other ingredients to the bowl and mix everything together until it is uniform.

Step 3

Divide the mixture into 8 or 9 pieces. Take each one and roll it into a ball. Place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
