Air Fried Kale Chips Ingredients

To make air fried kale you will need these ingredients:

  • 4 cups Fresh Kale (chopped into large pieces)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Making Kale Chips In Air Fryer

It’s so easy to make the perfect kale chips in the air fryer! Follow these steps:

Step 1

Preheat the air fryer to 280F (140C).

Then, place the kale and olive oil into a big bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Place the kale in the air fryer basket. Air fry for about 5-6 minutes.

Step 3

Open the air fryer. Shake the basket, and cook for 2 more minutes.

Step 4

Open the air fryer again. Sprinkle the cheese and mix. Cook for 2 more minutes. That’s it! Enjoy these amazing air fryer kale chips!

Kale Chips Air Fryer Seasoning

I added salt and pepper to the mix, but you can also add any other spices or seasonings like garlic powder, onion powder and chili flakes.

I am planning on adding smoked paprika next time, I think this would be a great addition.
