💡Tips
1. Room Temperature Ingredients
Before you start making the bread, it’s important to let your eggs and cream cheese come to room temperature.
This might take about 30 minutes to an hour. From my experience, using room temperature ingredients helps everything mix together more smoothly.
When cream cheese is cold, it can be lumpy and hard to blend. Room temperature cream cheese mixes easily with the other ingredients, giving you a smoother batter.
The same goes for eggs – room temperature eggs blend better and can even give your bread a bit more volume.
2. Checking for Doneness
I suggested baking for 40-45 minutes, but this can vary depending on your oven and the exact size of your pan. Start checking the bread at the 35 minute mark.
The toothpick test is a good way to check – if you insert a toothpick into the center of the bread and it comes out clean (no wet batter), the bread is probably done.
Another sign of doneness is that the top of the bread should be golden brown and slightly firm to the touch.
If the top is browning too quickly but the inside isn’t done, you can cover the pan loosely with aluminum foil for the last part of baking.

FAQ
1. Why does my cream cheese have lumps even after blending?
Lumps happen when your cream cheese is too cold. Take it out of the fridge 30 minutes before you start cooking. Room temperature cream cheese becomes super soft and blends smoothly.
2. My mixture is very runny – did I do something wrong?
No worries! This mixture is supposed to be quite runny – about the consistency of a smooth milkshake.
This is normal because of all the eggs. It will set and become firm while baking. Just make sure you’ve blended everything until smooth with no chunks of cream cheese visible.
3. What if I don’t have vanilla extract?
You can skip the vanilla – it just adds flavor but isn’t crucial for the recipe to work. You could also use almond extract (use half the amount) or maple syrup (same amount).

Tasted good. Mine fell as it cooled to about 2 inches.
I made this a couple of days ago and we had slices of it for breakfast this morning. A lovely taste, subtle, delicious. I actually added three drops of stevia, but I doubt that was necessary. These recipes are excellent.
It tasted a bit like cheese cake with the vanilla in it. Similar consistency too.
I think omitting the vanilla and adding herbs like basil, oregano,
and even garlic powder would make it less dessert like. Just a thought I plan to try out.
