Instructions
Start by preheating the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
In a blender- blend all the ingredients together until they are well combined and the mixture is very smooth and soft.
Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
Bake for about 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Enjoy!
