Make these almond flour churros with the following ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup Coconut Flour
  • 3/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 4 1/2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Monk Fruit / Erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon Xanthan Gum
  • 2 tablespoons Frying Oil

For The Coating

  • 1/2 cup Granulated Low Carb Sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

🌟 Making Keto Churros 

Follow this keto churros recipe to make the perfect keto dessert!

Step 1

Place a pot over medium heat and heat water, butter, and sugar. Once it starts boiling, turn off the heat and mix in the almond flour, coconut flour, and salt.

Step 2

Place the dough that formed in a bowl. Add the egg, and Xanthan gum and combine.

Step 3

Place the dough into a churro maker. A simple piping bag will work too, but make sure to use a star pastry tip.

Step 4

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Pipe the churro dough into the skillet (once it’s really hot), and cook for about 1 minute. Then, turn around and cook for another minute or two.

Place on a paper towel, and drain the oil. Roll them in the blend of the coating.
