For this low carb almond cake recipe you will need:

  • 3 cups Almond Flour
  • 3 Eggs (beaten)
  • 1/2 cup Erythritol
  • 1/2 cup Butter (melted)
  • 1/3 cup Almond Milk (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Almond Extract
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder

Decorating On Top

  • 1/3 cup Almonds (sliced)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Low Carb Powdered Sweetener

🥮 Keto Almond Cake Recipe

This almond cake keto recipe is so easy and tasty! Follow these steps and make the perfect almond cake!

Step 1

Start by preheating the oven to 325F (160C) and greasing a 8-inch or 9-inch springform pan with butter. Add greased circles of parchment paper at the bottom.

Step 2

Add the eggs, erythritol sweetener, almond milk, salt, baking powder, almond extract, vanilla extract, and melted butter into a bowl. Whisk all of the ingredients together until combined.

Then, gradually start pouring the almond flour into the mixture and mix until the batter is formed.

Step 3

Pour the batter into the pan and add sliced almonds on top.

Bake for about 40 minutes. After about 20 minutes- cover the top with foil to prevent burning.

Step 4

After removing the cake from the oven, allow it to cool for at least 3.5 hours. Then, add powdered erythritol on top, slice, and serve!
