      Step 3

Simmer for about 5-8 minutes or until the volume is reduced by about 1/2.

      Step 4

Add the Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.

      Step 5

Combine the sauce and seafood and mix well. Enjoy!

      💡Tips

      1. Pat the Seafood Dry Before Cooking

Before adding the seafood to the hot pan, make sure to pat it dry with paper towels. Removing excess moisture from the surface of the seafood will help it brown nicely and prevent it from steaming instead of searing.

This step is important in achieving a flavorful, golden brown exterior that adds depth to the dish.

      2. Simmer the Sauce Until Reduced

When preparing the cream sauce, allow it to simmer for 5-8 minutes or until it has reduced by about half its original volume. This reduction process helps concentrate the flavors and creates a thicker sauce that clings beautifully to the seafood.

Be sure to stir the sauce occasionally as it simmers to prevent it from burning or sticking to the bottom of the pan.

      3. Watch The Heat

Temperature control makes or breaks this recipe. Cook the seafood over medium high heat to get a nice sear, but when making the sauce, reduce to medium-low.

High heat is the enemy of cream sauces – it can cause the dairy to separate, leaving you with a broken, oily mess.

If you see the sauce starting to separate at any point, immediately remove it from the heat and whisk vigorously to bring it back together.

Adapted this a little by adding some evaporated milk, grated cheese, thyme, onion, spring onions and a little chicken stock powder. Super delicious and I’ll be using this sauce for quite a few different recipes including this one such as creamy chicken carnivore wraps, adding to carnivore noodles with some bacon pieces and adding some into some cheesy baked beef taquitos. Easy to adapt and make recipe.
