- 1/2 cup low-carb Baking Chips – I use these (paid amazon link). They are really good.
- 1/2 cup Coconut Oil
- 1/2 cup Almond Butter – this butter (paid amazon link) is excellent for this recipe.
🍫 Making The 3 Ingredient Keto Chocolate Fudge
Step 1
Place the low carb chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Heat the chocolate in the microwave at 30 second intervals – until it is melted.
Step 2
Add the almond butter and coconut oil, and heat the mixture again in the microwave until completely melted (50-60 seconds).
Step 3
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture into the bottom.
Place in the freezer until it hardens, and then slice. Enjoy this amazing 3 ingredient keto fudge!
