You can add different toppings to it, like chopped nuts or even a drizzle of sugar-free chocolate syrup. These toppings can take this keto ice cream to the next level.

No Churn Keto Ice Cream Ingredients

To make the perfect keto no churn ice cream you will need:

  • 4 Egg Yolks
  • 1 3/4 cups Heavy Cream (full fat)
  • 1/2 cup Low Carb Vanilla Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Vodka

Making Sugar Free No Churn Ice Cream

Follow this easy recipe to make the perfect low carb no churn ice cream:

Step 1

Pour the syrup into a saucepan on a low heat. Heat until it is warm (not hot! but warm).

Step 2

Place the egg yolks into a mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer to whisk them, and slowly pour the warm vanilla syrup. You want to beat the mixture until it’s thick.

Step 3

Whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks and gently combine it with the egg mixture.

Step 4

Then, pour the mixture into a lined loaf pan and cover it with a lid or wrap it up with cling wrap. Place in the freezer for about 5 hours.

If you can find a low carb vanilla syrup at your local grocery store, you can use that instead. But from my experience, it’s much better to make your own!

Toppings

This no churn low carb ice cream is very tasty as is, but you can also add some low carb toppings to spice it up a bit.

Some topping ideas include a drizzle of sugar free caramel sauce, sugar free chocolate chips, or even nuts (I added walnuts, but pecans, almonds, or macadamia nuts would be delicious too).

You could also top it with some fresh berries for a nice contrast of flavor.
