  • 1/2 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 cup Erythritol or Monk Fruit
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Flour

🍞 Low Carb Cinnamon Bread Ingredients

This keto cinnamon bread recipe is so easy! Just follow these steps:

Step 1

Start by preheating the oven to 350F (175C) and lining a 9*5 inch loaf pan with oiled parchment paper.

Then, take a small mixing bowl and whisk the erythritol/monk fruit and cinnamon together to create the cinnamon swirl.

Step 2

Take a medium mixing bowl. Whisk the eggs, sweetener, almond milk, coconut oil, and vanilla (make sure all the ingredients are at room temperature).

Step 3

Take another mixing bowl and mix together the coconut flour, almond flour, and baking powder until well combined.

Then, pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.

Step 4

Mix them all together for at least 2 minutes until the batter is formed.

Step 5

Transfer half of the batter onto the greased loaf pan.

Sprinkle about half of the cinnamon and sweetener mixture on the remaining batter. And the other half on top of the bread.

Step 6

To create a swirl effect, draw a knife through the batter and swirl.

Step 7

Bake in the oven. After about 13-15 minutes, loosely cover the loaf pan with aluminum foil (to prevent the top from burning).

Bake for additional 50-55 minutes. A toothpick can be inserted into the bread to see if it is done- if it comes out with little to no crumbs on it, it is done. It’s a well-known trick many use.

Allow the cake to cool for at least 15 minutes and then transfer the keto cinnamon bread to a container. It should cool completely and be ready to serve within 3-4 hours.

Almond Flour and Coconut Flour

To make this low carb cinnamon bread I used both almond flour and coconut flour. I find that a combination of the two yields the best results when baking a cinnamon loaf.

The almond flour gives the bread a nice flavor and the coconut flour helps to keep it moist. You can make it with only one flour or the other, but I do not recommend it.

Sweetener

You can make this keto cinnamon bread with either monk fruit or erythritol sweeteners.

I prefer monk fruit, but erythritol works just as well. other keto sweeteners will work too, but the texture may be slightly different.

You can use less sweetener if you like, but the bread will not be as sweet obviously.

Coconut Oil

To make this low carb cinnamon bread so moist, I used coconut oil in the batter.

You can also use melted butter, it will work just as well. It’s really up to you and what you have on hand.

Adding Nuts

If you want to make this sugar free cinnamon bread even more delicious, add some chopped nuts to the batter before baking.

Pecans or walnuts would be a great choice, but feel free to experiment with other types of nuts as well. Just be sure to chop them fairly finely.

Keto Breads

There are hundreds of amazing keto bread recipes online. But without any doubt, this is the best keto cinnamon bread you will ever make! It’s moist, flavorful, and has the perfect amount of sweetness.
