  • 1 lb (450g) Breakfast Sausage
  • 6 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream (full-fat)
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese (divided)
  • 3 cup Broccoli
  • 12 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

This keto breakfast casserole with sausage is so easy to make! Follow these steps:

Step 1

Preheat your over to 375F (185C).

Place a greased skillet over medium heat. Cook the minced garlic until fragrant (about a minute).

Then, add the sausage to the skillet and cook it for 7-8 minutes until it’s browned.

Step 3

Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for about 7 minutes. Then, place in cold water and drain after a few minutes.

Step 4

Take a large bowl, and whisk the eggs, half od the cheddar cheese, heavy cream, salt, parsley, and black pepper.

Step 5

Grease a ceramic 9*13 inch baking dish. Spread the crumbled sausage at the bottom.

Then, pour the egg mixture on top. Add the remaining cheese.

Step 6
