  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2/3 cup Swerve Sweetener

  • 2 1/2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

Easily make keto buttercream chocolate frosting! Follow these steps:

Step 1

Combine the chocolate and 1 tablespoon of butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt in 20 second increments, mixing in between.

Place the remaining butter and cream cheese in a large bowl. Beat until smooth. Then, add the sweetener and coca powder – beating again until combined.

Low Carb Chocolate

To make this low carb chocolate buttercream frosting, I used 80% cacao dark chocolate. This type of chocolate is low in carbs but still has a good flavor.

You can use low carb chocolate chips instead (Lily’s or ChocZero are good options).
