      💡Tips

      1. Grease Your Skillet Well

Before you start cooking, make sure you grease your skillet really well. This is super important because the cheese in the crust can stick easily.

Use plenty of butter or ghee to coat the bottom and sides of the skillet. Don’t be shy with it – more is better here.

This extra step will save you a lot of trouble later when it’s time to slice and serve the pizza. A well greased skillet means your pizza will slide out easily and you won’t lose any of that delicious crust.

      2. Let Ingredients Come to Room Temperature

Try to let your ingredients sit out for about 30 minutes before you start cooking. This is especially important for the eggs, cream cheese, and Greek yogurt.

When these ingredients are at room temperature, they mix together much more smoothly.

Cold ingredients can make your batter lumpy, which can affect how evenly your crust cooks. Room temperature ingredients also help the crust rise better in the oven, giving you a lighter, fluffier result.

      3. Let It Rest Before Cutting

Let it rest for about 10 minutes. This resting time allows the cheese to set a bit, which makes the pizza easier to cut and serve. It also lets the flavors settle and blend together.

      FAQ

      1. Can I make this without a cast iron skillet?

While a cast iron skillet works best because it creates a crispy crust and heats evenly, you can use any oven-safe skillet or baking dish. Just make sure it’s well greased.

      2. Can I use low-fat cream cheese or yogurt?

Full fat ingredients work best for this recipe because they help create the right texture and hold the pizza together. Low-fat products contain more water and can make your pizza soggy or cause it to fall apart.
