If you are looking for an interesting keto cake recipe, you should try this keto spice cake.
It is full of flavor and has a wonderful texture. The cake is also very moist, so it will not dry out like some other keto cakes.
Using Almond Flour
To make this low carb spice cake, I used almond flour. This low carb flour gives the cake a great texture, and it’s what I use most often in my low carb baking.
You could also use coconut flour or another low carb flour, but the texture will be different.
Almond flour is one of the most versatile low carb flours out there. You can use it to make cakes, cookies, muffins, and so much more.
It’s also relatively inexpensive, so it’s a great flour to keep on hand for low carb baking.
