To make these sugar free snowball cookies you will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups Almond Flour
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Swerve Sweetener
  • 1/2 cup granular Swerve Sweetener
  • 1 cup finely chopped Walnuts
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 Egg (large)
  • 2 1/4 tablespoon Coconut Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground Cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

It’s so easy to make these low carb snowball cookies! Follow these simple steps:

Step 1

Start by preheating your oven to 320F (160C) and lining 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

Then, add the almond flour, walnuts, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and cardamom into a bowl and whisk it all together.

Step 2

Take a large bowl and beat the butter and granular sweetener together.

Once they form a fluffy consistency, add the egg and vanilla extract and beat them together.

Slowly add the almond flour mixture until the dough forms.

Step 3

Cut the dough into 1″ balls. Place them on the baking sheets and bake for about 17 minutes.

Once they start turning lightly golden-brown, remove them and let them cool for at least 15 minutes.

In a small shallow bowl, add the powdered sweetener. Take each cookie and coat it.
