  • 2 cups Pepperoni (chopped)
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Flour
  • 4oz (115g) Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/4 cups Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
  • 3/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon Garlic (minced)
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

These keto pepperoni pizza snacks are tasty and so easy to make! Just follow these steps:

Step 1

Start by preheating the oven to 350F (170C).

Then, mix together the cream cheese, shredded cheese, pepperonio and eggs.

Add all the remaining ingredients. Mix and combine well and then let the mixture rest for 15 minutes.

It’s one of my favorite low carb pizza recipes. Not only it’s easy to make, but it’s also very delicious. And, it satisfies my pizza cravings without all the carbs.
