To make these keto sweet roasted pecans all you need are 5 ingredients:

2 cups Pecans


1/4 cup Butter

1/2 cup Brown Sugar Substitute –You can use Erythritol or Monk Fruit, as well as other keto-safe sweeteners. Many of them can be easily found in your local grocery store.

1 tablespoon Cinnamon 

1 tablespoon Vanilla extract – adds a really nice flavor.

Add the butter and sweetener to a pan, and cook over medium heat Add water, and stir to combine well.

When you see the mixture starting to bubble, turn the heat down and let it simmer for about 8 minutes.

Now it’s time to add the pecans. Continue cooking and stirring for 5-6 minutes. At that stage, the pecans should be evenly coated in caramel.

Step 3: Adding Cinnamon And Vanilla Extract.
