  • 2/3 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Granulated Monk Fruit
  • 5 1/2 tablespoons melted Butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

For The Topping

  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Pecans (chopped)
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons Brown Sweetener

Follow these simple steps to make the best low carb pecan pie bars:

Step 1

Start by preheating the oven to 350F (175C). Line a rectangular baking dish with parchment paper. I use a 7.5×5″ baking dish.

Then, combine the crust ingredients in a bowl. Mix well, and spread into the pan. Bake for 13-14 minutes.

Step 2

Take a small saucepan. Place it over medium heat. Once it is heated, add the butter and brown sweetener. Allow them to melt, and boil for 50-60 seconds.

Step 3

Take a small bowl and beat an egg. Add about 2 tablespoons of the melted butter mix. Then, pour the egg mix into the rest of the melted butter and sweetener mixture.

Whisk for 30 seconds until it is well combined.

Step 4

Add the chopped pecans and mix. Then, pour the whole mixture over the crust you baked. Bake in the oven again- for about 15-17 minutes.

Allow the pie to cool down for at least 30 minutes. Then, slice it into keto pecan pie bars!
