To thaw, place the fudge in the fridge overnight or for a few hours on the counter.

Peanut Butter

To make this dessert, we are using organic peanut butter. It’s very important to make sure the peanut butter you are buying is real and has no added sugar or preservatives.

There are so many brands out there that add all sorts of things to their peanut butter and it’s not necessary.

I like to use all-natural peanut butter. It costs a bit more, but it’s worth it in the end.

My low carb peanut butter fudge is always perfect, because I use high-quality peanut butter.
