To make the keto chocolate cheesecake brownies you will need these ingredients:

For The Brownie Batter

  • 1 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 cup powdered Monk Fruit or Erythritol
  • 1.5 cups Almond Flour
  • 3/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon Espresso Powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

For The Cheesecake Batter

  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Erythritol
  • 8oz (225g) Cream Cheese (full fat)
  • 3/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Follow this easy keto cheesecake brownie recipe to make the perfect low carb brownies!

Making The Brownie Butter

Step 1

Start by preheating your oven to 350F (175C). Then, line an 8×8 inch square cake pan and grease it.

Place the butter in a bowl and microwave it until melted.

Step 2

Add espresso powder, cocoa powder, salt, and sweetener to the batter and mix well.

Step 3

Add the eggs (make sure they are not cold) to the batter – one at a time.

Blend and mix them well into the batter.

Step 4

To finish the brownie batter, add the almond flour and vanilla extract and mix again. Set it aside for now.

Making The Cheesecake Batter

Place the cream cheese into a large bowl, and use a hand mixer to whisk it until it’s very soft.

Then, add the sweetener, vanilla extract, and egg. Blend again for 40-50 seconds.

Finishing

Take the pan we prepared, and add the brownie batter in scoops.

Then, add the cheesecake batter between these scoops. Use a knife tip to swirl the batters together.

Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. The center should stay a little bit soft, while the edges are baked.
