      💡Tips

      1. Brown the Butter Mixture Slowly and Carefully

Browning the butter mixture is an important step in creating the rich, nutty flavor that makes these carnivore cookie bars so delicious. However, it’s important to do this slowly and carefully to avoid burning the mixture.

Keep the heat very low and stir the mixture frequently, scraping the bottom and sides of the pan to prevent sticking and burning. The browning process should take about 40-45 minutes, so be patient and don’t rush it.

You’ll know the mixture is ready when it has turned a deep golden brown color and has a nutty aroma.

      2. Allow the Mixture to Set Properly

After pouring the final mixture into a glass container and flattening it out, it’s important to allow it to set properly in the fridge. This will help the cookie bars firm up and develop their final texture. Cover the container with a lid or plastic wrap to prevent any odors from the fridge from absorbing into the mixture.

Allow the mixture to set for at least 1.5 hours, or longer if possible, to ensure that it is fully chilled and firm. If you try to slice the cookie bars too soon, they may be too soft and fall apart.
