Instructions
Place the nonfat milk powder in a bowl. Add the cinnamon and mix well.
Place the butter in a pan and melt it over low heat. Add the milk powder and immediately start mixing and stirring until well combined.
Brown the mixture (the same way you would brown butter). Keep the heat very low and stir from time to time. It will take about 30 minutes.
Pour the mixture from the pan into a small glass container, mix well with the protein powder and flatten the final mixture. Cover and put in the fridge to set for at least 1.5 hours.
Remove from the fridge, slice into bars, and enjoy!
