  • 2 pounds (900g) Chicken Wings
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

For The Sauce

  • 1/4 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Butter
  • 3/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Start by preheating your air fryer to 375F (190C). Then, place the wings, baking powder, and all the spices into a bowl. Mix well.

Place the wings into the air fryer in a single layer (a few batches may be necessary if the size of your air fryer is small).

Cook for about 10 minutes, and then open the air fryer and shake the basket. Continue cooking for 20 more minutes until crispy.

Step 4

To make the bufflo sauce- combine all the sauce ingredients in a medium saucepan.

Simmer for about one minute. Remove from the heat and dip the wings in the sauce.
