Mayo On Carnivore Diet – Yes Or No?

Store bought mayo is definitely not carnivore friendly. The main reason is that these mayo products are based on seed oils.

Consuming these seed oils can cause inflammation in the body, as well as many other health issues. In fact, seed oils are the leading cause of metabolic problems and other related diseases.
