To make these buffalo air fryer cauliflower bites you will need:

  • 1 Head Cauliflower (cut into florets)
  • 3/4 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Hot Sauce (I used Frank’s RedHot sauce)
  • 4 1/2 tablespoons Butter (melted)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

You can also add your favorite seasonings. Try smoked paprika and garlic powder!

⭐ Making Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower 

These air fried buffalo cauliflower bites are so tasty and easy to make! Follow these steps:

Step 1

Start by preheating the air fryer to 370F (190C). Then, in a large mixing bowl – mix the hot sauce with 2 tablespoons of melted butter, and salt.

Step 2

Add the cauliflower florets and mix them until well coated. Sprinkle almond flour on top and mix again.

Step 3

Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket. Air fry for about 10 minutes or until crispy on the outside.

Halfway through the cooking process, open and carefully toss around the contents of the basket.

Step 4

Remove from the air fryer and place in a bowl. Pour the remaining melted butter on top of the cauliflower bites. Optionally – add more sauce on top.

I added 1/4 cup of hot sauce to these air fryer cauliflower bites to make them extra spicy. The hot sauce gave them a great flavor and heat that really kicked up the flavor.

Different Seasonings & Cheese

I didn’t add any special seasonings to this air fryer buffalo cauliflower because I wanted to keep it simple and let the flavor of the buffalo sauce shine.

However, you could easily add some other seasonings to enhance the flavor of this dish.

Try adding some garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, or chili powder.

I think that smoked paprika can really help bring out the smokiness of the buffalo sauce.

You can also add some Parmesan cheese on top before you air fry if you want a little extra cheesy goodness. Other types of cheese may also work, but I think Parmesan is the way to go.
