👨🍳 How To Make
Follow this easy carnivore chicken bread recipe:
Step 1
Separate all the eggs into 2 separate bowls.
Step 2
Use a hand mixer to whip the egg whites on low speed. After about a minute, add salt and cream of tartar. Continue mixing (now on medium speed) for 4-5 more minutes until stiff peaks form.
Step 3
Add the egg yolks, pepper, chicken, and cream cheese into a blender. Blend on low for about a minute and then pour into a mixing bowl.
Step 4
Place half a cup of egg whites into the chicken-cream cheese mixture and mix until well combined. Continue adding 1/2 cup of egg whites at a time and fold with a spatula until you use everything.
Step 5
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Pour in the mixture and bake in the oven at 380°F for 30 minutes until golden brown.
Step 6
Remove from the oven and let the bread rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
💡Tips
1. Room temperature ingredients
Take your eggs and cream cheese out of the fridge about 30 minutes before you start cooking. Room temperature ingredients mix better and create a smoother batter. Cold eggs don’t whip up as well, and cold cream cheese can leave lumps in your mixture.
If you forget to take them out early, you can put the eggs in warm water for a few minutes to speed things up.
2. Let the Bread Cool
After you take the bread out of the oven, it’s tempting to slice it right away. But if you do, it might fall apart or be too soft inside. Let it cool for about 15 minutes. Then take it out of the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
This cooling time lets the bread set up properly. When you do slice it, use a sharp knife and make slow, gentle cuts to keep the bread from squishing down.

I added a half teaspoon of baking powder, and put the batter in a muffin pan vs a bread pan, and sprinkled the tops with crisp baccon pieces before baking – it made 12 perfect sized muffins, baked at 375 for 20 minutes – excellent!!
