Look for sugar-free white chocolate chips that contain cocoa butter as one of the first ingredients – this helps them melt better and gives you that smooth, creamy texture you want.

Avoid chips that are made mostly with artificial sweeteners and no real cocoa butter, because these often don’t melt properly and can make your blondies taste chalky.

2. Melt in Short Bursts

 When you’re melting the chocolate chips and peanut butter in the microwave, don’t try to do it all at once with a long heating time.
