      💡Tips

      1. Let the Bacon Cool

This is important for achieving the perfect texture. When you first take the bacon twists out of the oven, they might seem a bit floppy.

Don’t worry – this is normal.  As they cool, they’ll continue to crisp up and hold their shape better.

Let them rest on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb any excess grease.

      2. Experiment With Seasonings

While simple salt and pepper work great, don’t be afraid to get creative with your seasonings.

For a spicy kick, try sprinkling your twists with cayenne pepper or chili flakes before baking.

If you really love heat, you could even brush them with a mixture of hot sauce and melted butter halfway through cooking. Make sure the hot sauce dones’t contain carbs so it’s as carnivore friendly as possible.
