  • 1 Salmon Filet
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Beef Tallow / Butter
  • Optional: chopped parsley to mix with the crushed pork rinds (omit if strict carnivore).

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Add 2 tablespoons of butter or beef tallow to a skillet (make sure it’s oven-proof, we will bake it later on too) over medium heat.

Pat dry the salmon. Add it to the bag of seasonings and shake to coat it completely.

Step 4
