Instructions
Add the low-fat cream cheese, smoked salmon, lemon juice, and black pepper to a food processor bowl. Also add the other seasonings of using.
Process until the mixture is smooth – it took me about 4.5 minutes. Don’t forget to scrape the sides using a spatula from time to time.
Transfer the mousse to a pastry bag and pipe it onto your
carnivore bread
or
carnivore crackers
. Or simply serve in a bowl.
Enjoy! Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
