2ozCheddar Cheese(I recommend this cheese - amazon)
1Egglarge
Butter
Additional Cheese for Melting
1sliceof Bacon
Instructions
Prepare the buns: Cook and finely chop a chicken breast. Then, mix it in a bowl with salt, cheddar cheese, and egg. Form into two buns and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20 minutes at 400°F.
Cook the burger patty: Form a patty and cook it in butter. Then you can melt additional cheese on top of the patty.
Cook the bacon: Prepare a slice of bacon in a pan until crispy.
Assemble and serve: Once the buns are out of the oven and cooled, assemble the burger – place the beef patty and bacon between the chicken buns. I also recommend adding carnivore mayo. Enjoy!
Notes
Don’t Skip The Cooling TimeGive the chicken buns about 10-15 minutes on a wire rack after they leave the oven. They’ll firm up as they cool, and touching them too soon can make them break or sag.Watch The Bun ThicknessAim for buns about half an inch thick, pressing them gently so the centers and edges stay level. If they’re much thicker the outsides can darken before the insides finish- if thinner, they won’t hold the filling well.
