Start by preheating the oven to 425°F and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Drain the canned chicken / cooked chicken breasts and chop them. I recommend placing it in a fine-mesh strainer and squeezing out as much water as you can.
Place the chicken in a large bowl. Add the egg, parmesan, mozzarella, and seasonings. Mix well.
Create bite-sized nuggets with your hands. Place them on the baking sheet.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, and don’t forget to flip halfway through. Then, remove them from the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
