Place a pan over medium heat. Add the butter and allow it to melt. Once melted, lower the temperature to medium-low, Wait for the butter to start foaming.
Continue stirring and scrape the sides often.
Wait for the butter to brown to the desired level, then remove it from the heat and allow it to cool for 5 minutes.
Pour the butter from the pan into a very large glass cup. Scrape all the pieces from the panĀ (those are the tasty bits!).
Place the glass cup in the fridge for 15 minutes. Whip the butter using a hand mixer until creamy. Then, fill silicone molds with the butter and place them in the fridge for an hour.
