Instructions
Add the almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, and baking powder to a medium bowl. Mix them together.
Take another bowl and whisk the egg.
Add the melted butter (make sure it has cooled for at least a few minutes, as we don't want to cook the egg) and vanilla extract. Whisk well until well combined.
Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture - stir until smooth.
Grease a mug with butter and add the batter. Microwave for about 70 seconds (my microwave is 1000W) . You can add powdered sugar on top. Enjoy!
