Instructions
Soak the skewers in water for at least 15-20 minutes – super important. Preheat your oven to 375-400°F.
Hold each bacon slice with both hands. Twist it until it forms a tight spiral.
Wrap the twisted bacon around a wooden skewer in a spiral pattern.
Place the skewers on a wire rack set over a baking tray.
