Instructions
Start by breaking up the pork rinds into bite sized pieces. Place in a bowl (and make sure it’s microwave safe).
Mix the cheddar cheese powder and the white cheddar seasoning. Mix in the black pepper too if using.
Spray the pork rinds with cooking oil and then microwave for 30 seconds.
Remove them from the microwave and sprinkle them with the cheese mixture. Toss until they are coated.
Microwave for 25-30 seconds. That’s it, enjoy this delicious snack!
