Instructions
Keep in mind this recipe needs to be prepared at least 24 hours in advance.
Cut the cheese into small squares – about 1/4 inch in size. Place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cover the cheese with a tea towel and leave it to dry out for at least 24 hours (I recommend 2-3 days).
Once the cheese is dried, preheat the oven to 400°F and bake the cheese for about 4 minutes until it puffs up.
Allow it to cool for 10-15 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
