Instructions
Melt the peanut butter and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir and mix together.
Add the protein powder, almond flour, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Mix until the dough forms. Let it cool completely (it may take 30 minutes).
Mix in the low-carb chocolate chips.
Roll into balls (about one inch in size).
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm. Enjoy!
