Line a baking dish (7×7) with parchment paper.
Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and let it cool for 2 minutes.
Then, mix in the almond flour and peanut butter. Continue until well combined – it can take a minute or two.
Transfer to the prepared pan and spread evenly. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the top layer by placing the chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20-second intervals until melted.Then, spread over the peanut butter layer evenly, and place in the freezer for 1 hour. Enjoy!
