Instructions
Start by preheating the oven to 325°F and buttering a glass pan (I used a 9×9 inch pan).
Whisk the eggs until they are frothy. Then, add the sweetener and whisk for about 3 minutes.
Add the heavy cream, vanilla, and almond milk. Stir and drizzle in melted butter. Whisk well.
Pour into the buttered pan and bake for 40 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow the creme brulee to cool for 15-20 minutes. Then, cut into squares and enjoy!
