Instructions
Crack all the eggs into a blender. Add the cream cheese. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add 1 1/2 tablespoons of butter.
Pour half a cup of batter into the pan, ensuring it spreads evenly and is not too thick.
Bubbles will start forming on the surface of the crepe – when you notice them, flip the crepe. Cook until it is golden brown.
Repeat with the remaining batter. Enjoy!
