Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Using a fork, whisk everything for a minute.
Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Add butter or use cooking spray on the skillet.
Add 4 small, even rounds of the mixture onto the heated pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side. Repeat with the remaining batter.
Serve with whipped cream on top. Enjoy!
