Keto Candied Bacon Mozzarella Sticks

These keto bacon wrapped mozzarella sticks are coated in brown sweetener and fried until crispy. Gooey cheese inside, crunchy candied bacon outside.

Instructions
Freeze the mozzarella sticks in the freezer overnight. This keeps them from melting too quickly when frying.
Take each frozen cheese stick and wrap one slice of bacon around it in a spiral, starting at one end and working to the other.
Spread the brown sweetener on a plate and roll each bacon wrapped stick in the sweetener, pressing gently so it sticks to the bacon.
Melt the beef tallow in a skillet over medium heat until hot.
Place the sticks in the hot tallow – be careful. Fry for 2-3 minutes per side, turning as each side turns golden and crispy.
