Keto Almond Butter Mug Cake

Instructions
Add the egg, Swerve sweetener and almond butter to a large microwave safe mug. Whisk everything until smooth.
Stir in some of the chocolate chips, and place some on top (I prefer to put them on top once the cake is cooked).
Microwave at full power for 60-70 seconds until set.
Remove from the microwave and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
