Preheat toaster oven to 350°F (175°C). Line the toaster oven tray with parchment paper.
Place two slices of cheese on the parchment paper, slightly overlapping. Toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and crispy around the edges.
While the cheese is toasting, scramble the eggs in a pan over medium heat with salt and pepper. Add the chopped steak to warm it through.
Remove the cheese wrap from the toaster oven and let it cool slightly until it’s firm enough to handle.
Fill the cheese wrap with the scrambled eggs and steak mixture. Add any additional favorite toppings as desired. Fold and enjoy.
