Start by preheating a toaster oven to 350°F (175°C). Line the toaster oven tray with parchment paper.
Place two slices of cheese on the parchment paper, slightly overlapping. Toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and crispy around the edges.
While the cheese is toasting, scramble the eggs in a pan (over medium heat with salt and pepper) . Then, add the chopped steak to warm it through.
Remove the cheese wrap from the toaster oven and let it cool slightly until it’s firm enough to handle – about 10 minutes.
Fill the cheese wrap with the scrambled eggs and steak mixture. Add any additional favorite toppings as desired. Fold and enjoy.
