Add the cream cheese, mozzarella, eggs, yogurt, and Italian seasoning (if using) to a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a cast iron skillet (make sure to grease it with plenty of butter beforehand to avoid sticking).
Bake at 430°F for 18-20 minutes.
Remove from oven and add pepperoni, sausage, and sprinkle the bacon crumbles evenly over the top. Place under the broiler for 2-3 more minutes or until the cheese is slightly melted and the other toppings are heated through.
Remove from the oven, let it cool for 10 minutes, and then serve. Enjoy your carnivore pizza!
