Add the olive oil to a large skillet and heat it over medium heat. Meanwhile, season the shrimp with salt and pepper, then fry for about 2 minutes on each side. After that, transfer them to a bowl and set aside.
Add the butter to the same skillet and sauté the garlic for about 40 seconds. Pour in the chicken broth and allow it to reduce by half.
Reduce the heat to low-medium. Add the cream and bring to a simmer – don’t forget to stir. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the Parmesan cheese and simmer the sauce for about a minute until the cheese melts. At this point, the sauce will thicken.
Add the shrimp back into the pan. You can also add a bit of parsley for garnishing if not following a 100% strict carnivore diet. Serve and enjoy the tasty carnivore shrimp!
