Instructions
Prepare the base: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, whisk 5 eggs with 1 tablespoon of gelatin. Make sure they are well combined.Line a baking tray with parchment paper, pour the egg mixture over it, and spread evenly. Bake for 15 minutes or until set.
Make the sauce: In a separate bowl, mix ricotta, Parmesan, and 1 egg. Mix until smooth and set aside.
Cook the meat: Grease a pan with butter and cook the ground beef until lightly browned.
Layer the lasagna: Remove the egg base from the oven and cut it into three even layers. In a baking dish, layer some of the cooked beef, then one layer of the egg base, add beef, another egg layer, the ricotta-Parmesan sauce, more beef, the third egg layer, more beef, and top with the mozzarella.
Bake and serve: Put the dish into the oven for about 15 minutes, or until the top is melted and golden. Let it cool slightly and serve. Enjoy!
