- 4 oz Gjetost Cheese 120g (I use this one – amazon link)
- 2 oz Heavy Cream 60g
Instructions
- Cut the Gjetost cheese into small cubes and place in a small saucepan.
- Add the heavy whipping cream to the saucepan and heat on low, stirring frequently.
- Continue stirring until the cheese completely melts and the mixture becomes smooth and uniform.
- Carefully pour the warm mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds.
- Freeze for at least 1 hour, then enjoy straight from the freezer after letting them thaw for 2-3 minutes.
